Dispatch & delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Our team books courier consignments personally to ensure careful handling, and tracking details are updated on the Track Order page once the parcel is handed over.
Delivery methods & charges
Available delivery methods and their charges are shown at checkout after you enter your PIN code — for example By Air, By Surface/Road, Express or Standard Delivery. Charges (if any) are displayed clearly before you pay. Free shipping may apply above a minimum order value on eligible methods.
Delivery timelines
Estimated timelines differ by method (e.g. Express 1–2 days, By Air 2–4 days, Surface 5–8 days for metro cities; remote areas may take longer). Timelines are estimates provided in good faith.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on eligible PIN codes, order values and delivery methods. Please keep exact change ready. Orders that are refused at delivery may be restricted from COD in future.
