1. About these terms
By using dentalherbs.in you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Site is operated in India by Flamingo Exports, the authorised Indian importer of Dental Herbs Thailand products. “Products” means authentic goods manufactured in Thailand and imported into India.
2. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it (status “Confirmed”). We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors, or delivery-area restrictions; in such cases any prepaid amount is refunded.
3. Pricing & taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. MRP is the maximum retail price; the selling price may be lower. Prices and offers may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Payments
We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. COD eligibility depends on order value, PIN code and delivery method. For COD orders, payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines shown for each delivery method are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the parcel at delivery and report damage or tampering immediately.
6. Product information
We present product information in good faith based on brand-provided details. Product packaging and formulations may be updated by the manufacturer; always read the label on the physical product.
7. Intellectual property
The Dental Herbs Thailand name, brand assets and content on this Site are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the location of Flamingo Exports' registered office.
